Goodbye Best Friends

This is a WeVideo I put together for my three best friends, Campbell, Max, and Reuben. They are going to high school so we will inevitably break friends, which is a bit sad. This isn't schoolwork or anything, just something I'm a bit proud of.

Flying Tea Bags!

Tea Rockets Explanation

First, we place a tea bag tube standing up on tin foil. The foil won't burn because of the aluminum inside. When we light the tea bag on fire the flames burn down because the fire is looking for the easiest molecule (Fuel) to burn.  

The air in the top of the teabag gets hotter, making the air less dense. The tea bag is almost fully engulfed in flames. The fire reaches near the bottom.  Suddenly there is enough cold air and hot air to create a vacuum, flinging the tea bag into the air above.

A Snippet of My Story

“Please!” I plead, tugging at a woman’s arm. She pulls away, a disgusted look on her face.

“Get off me!” She hisses. I hear the soft sound of old feet pounding across the carpet.

“I know where your friend is” She laughed, crooning a little.

“WHERE!” I scream running toward her in sheer desperation. Jade was all I had and I would stop at

nothing to find her.

“She’s where they all are…” She whispered. The woman jumped off the couch looking very flustered.

“Come along nana!” She hissed once again.

“She’s in the old lab” She wheezes.

“NANA!” The woman yelled dropping to her knees “GO TO BED!”

The old woman wheezed once more and crumpled like an old piece of paper

“WE DON'T KNOW WHAT'S HAPPENING! WHY ARE THEY GAS BOMBING US? SHE IS DEAD

BECAUSE OF THEM!” She cried. Screaming and putting her hands to her hair, in attempt to rip it out,

She was acting crazy. I ran out of the house, stumbling on the same little stones. I stopped and picked

one up, it was shining with red efflorescence. I blew on it and it blasted into millions of particles of red

dust. Some landed on my nose, it burned. That slight burning sensation reminded me of yesterday morning
when Jade was taken. I shivered and so did the ground. I jump, then a jolt. The ground moving beneath me
rolls and cracks. Hissing and Screaming and Crying echoes through the town. Red, The first thing my mind
registers, moving, snaking toward my unprotected neck. Then the bombs start. Small explosions go off
surrounding me. Picking up dust and rocks of concrete, I run for cover as a huge explosion lifts me off my
feet and throws me inside of a half blown apart building.

Funny Couplet

A    Man, I hate family dinners

A    Everyone who eats them are never winners

B    Beef, Pork, Chicken, Lamb

B    Everyone around better scram

C    Terrible, Disgusting and dripping wet

D     You would throw up immediately, I'll bet

A     All the children surrounding me are grinners

E     I sit quietly with a fixed smile

E      The smell would make you run a mile

A      Man I love family dinners

Fable Essay

The Scorpion and The Frog

The scorpion and the frog is a paragraph long fable, Even though it is quite short it has one main message.

Its setting is simple, at the side of a river’s bank. Its plot is also very simple too however it makes people

think about themselves.

It has a main lesson/theme at the end, it shows that however good a person's intentions are their instincts

will always show through. It also teaches a valuable lesson that shows you can't always trust someone,

people will always show their true palets.

This story translates humans and our worse traits, only it has been portrayed in animals. It shows our

bad traits and all of our flaws and our survival instincts that every single person has.
